NOTICE OF KEY DECISION

Notice is hereby given that the Executive Member for Children, Young People & Learning is to be asked to make a key decision on 30 Jun 2021 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Purchase of school holiday vouchers

SERVICE AREA: People

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

Decision to be made under urgency process due to need to issue vouchers before the summer holidays. It was not expected that the council would receive the additional funding from the DWP and therefore must now action quickly.

ISSUE REFERENCE: I101123

This notice is being given in accordance with regulation 11 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 in that the decision is urgent and it is not possible to give 28 or 5 days notice as normally required by regulations 9 and 10 of the decision.

The Executive Member for Children, Young People & Learning will be considering a report prepared by the .  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
